Studio Flat Sleeps 2. Property Features: This lovely boutique studio flat has been decorated to a high standard and offers quality accommodation at a very reasonable price. The studio consists of one ivory double bed, sofa, flat screen LCD television, table & 2 stools. The kitchenette area houses the fridge, 2 ring electric hob, microwave, sink, vegetable steamer, crockery, glasses etc. The bathroom consists of WC, sink and shower cubicle. All linen and towels are provided with the exception of bath towels. Sleeping : The room/studio comprises 1 bedrooms in total, 1 double BED. This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. General : The room/studio has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. Entertainment : The room/studio has television. The music system will play CD's, radio.

Eating & living: There is room for 2 in the living room and 2 at the dining table. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. This is a non-smoking studio This property is ideally situated for all types of guests. It is located just a short walk to the beach and is within easy walking distance to Brighton Marina with its wealth of shops and restaurants. Just a short walk to Brighton's fashionable 'Kemptown Village' will bring you yet more funky bars and restaurants and boutique shops. The property is located on an excellent bus link with busses leaving every 7 minutes taking you direct to Brighton mainline station as well as most areas of Brighton and Sussex. Arundel St is located on Brighton's only 24 hour bus route should you not fancy that late night stroll! Arundel Street is within a free parking zone.

Brighton?s excellent public transport system (see below) allows easy and affordable travel throughout the City and East Sussex. For this reason the majority of guests park in a permit free zone and access their car only when needed. Pay and display bays around Brighton & Hove are approximately ?1 an hour 8am 8pm.Resident bays and Pay and display bays are free to park after 6pm or 8pm depending on the zone. Day passes can be purchased for the majority of car parks from ?8 a day, with some car parks offering FREE evening parking.
